Solving playback issues

On my Roku Streaming Stick 4 K

model 3820DR2 software ver. 14.1, ID S0J7341KJP6D MAC d4;e2;2f;e8;04;e5 

has been slow streaming lately and now Morning Joe only shows black across the screen and no matter how long I leave it, it will not come up.

several other shows have been slow with loading but usually come up.

I've check with my ISP and no issues show up and my network speeds are great at over 50GB steady up and download speeds

does someone have them blocked since the election? This just started a month ago.

I've reset the Roku, the Router, and shutdown everything nightly and have checked update's daily.

Please help.

2. Press the star (*) button on your Roku remote
3. Check for updates
