Solving playback issues

I have the YouTube tv 4k add on and am not getting 4k resolution when I select that 4k channel through YouTube tv. I have Roku ultra and I get the 4k resolution when using the LG native app but not through Roku l.  I’ve seen others post similar question but don’t see any resolution. I have to use the lg native app to watch YouTube tv 4k.

We understand you're having trouble accessing 4K resolution on your YouTube TV app with the Roku Ultra.

Not all content is available in 4K; only designated titles can be streamed in that resolution. Is this happening with all content?

Additionally, 4K requires faster speeds to stream. We suggest you check the Roku device network connection and take a picture of the results. Follow the steps below:

1. Press the Home button on the Roku remote
2. Select Settings
3. Network
4. Check connection
5. Take a photo and send it here.
