Solving playback issues

Ever since 14.1.4 update on Jan 9, both my TCL and Roku made tvs no longer show the preview clips across the center of screen during fast forward of a LiveTV paused show. Why was this removed and how can I get it back?

That info is from my 804X - Roku TV. 

My other TV is :

Model: 7108X - Roku TV

We would like an update on your issue with the Live TV pause. Are you still experiencing the problem?

If so, we recommend you try the following:

System restart your device:
Settings > Select System > Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step > Select System restart.

If the issue continues, please provide a video so we can conduct further testing on this issue. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work on this matter.

There has been no update to the OS so the problem remains. OS is up to date on 14.1.4. 

There used to be a horizontal preview band across the center of screen showing clips as I fast forward so a viewer can see where they are as they fast forward.

I can’t find a way to upload a video to this site but would like to know why you think my problem would have gone away with Roku not having any update to the OS since the problem started with the 14.1.4 update on Jan 9?
