Well folks!
Called Onn / Walmart tech support.
They stepped me thru all the steps I already had done. No fix! They suggested I return it. So, no idea where receipt is. It had worked till the January/ 24 update.

Hope you got it straightened out? If not Walmart, since it is new, should take it back regardless of receipt. Try Firestick! Sorry!! My grief I had no idea I was posting on the sa m e link every time! 🙄
