Mine still doesn't work. TCL model 55S431 serial X00000EFRKA8 Device ID S02V215FRKA8
This needs to be fixed or a solution found ASAP. This has been going on for about a month.

It's happening to me, too. I tried all the steps above. Was this ever resolved?
No nothing has changed. Spotify works on all others devices just not on the TV
