Roku Stick - 3820R2 Software - 14.04 build 12230

 

I'm thinking this is a Spotify issue, but hoping for help here as well.

I'm having the same issue. 

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
  • Device: 4660X - Roku Ultra
  • Serial Number: YJ0095230352
  • OS  Version: 14.0.4 Build 12221-46
  • GC version: 12.6.32
  • Device Id: CK37C9230352
  • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
  • Traker ID: 52-467-942
  • Channel build version (Highlight the app from the Home Screen and press the Star * Button)
  • OS  Version: 14.0.4 Build 12221-46
