Try (temporarily) directly connecting the Ultra (model unknown, firmware version/build unknown) to your TV/PJ (brand/model unknown) to rule out the connection to your AVR as the problem.
Otherwise try standard troubleshooting: Manually configure Display type, configure passthrough audio, disable FRM, change HDR subsampling, etc.
