Solving playback issues

@RokuEmmanuel-D I followed all the directions to update my system. I was able to determine that if I have my VPN off, the Screensaver with Photo Streams always works. This includes running the Photo Streams App. If I have my VPN On, it seems that only the Photo Streams screensaver crashes. That includes the Photo Streams App. So, it would be nice if Photo Streams is compatible with VPNs.
