@Fluffy21, I'm guessing your problem is the same as the problem with the MAX app on that TV.  I'm sorry to inform you, but your TV is considered a "legacy device" and is no longer receiving updates.  Judging by the build on the app's version, it looks like Paramount may have released an app that requires Roku software version 14 and your TV will never receive it.  That shouldn't happen, but I couldn't say if Roku or Paramount is to blame.  You can read the MAX threads in the Channels & Viewing section to find other frustrated users.  One solution is to connect another streaming device (Roku or otherwise) to the TV and use its apps which is better than trashing the TV.

We are currently looking into this issue and suggest you try to update the Roku device by following the steps below:

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote
  2. Scroll and select settings 
  3. Select System
  4. Select Software update
  5. Select Check Now to manually check for updates
