Solving playback issues

This did not work. I replaced the HDMI cord, based on someone else's post, and that seemed to work for a few weeks. Unfortunately the green screen started back up again, along with a crackling sound, which I also experiencedi n the past. This seems to be an intermittent problem, and I notice the timing appears to be related to updates, though I of course cannot be certain of this.

Please provide us with the following:

• Roku device model
• Does it happen to all applications?
• If possible, try to plug the Roku device into another TV and see if the issue occurs.
• Photo of the green screen that you are referring to
