Solving playback issues

Every time I select the app it just goes black then to the Home Screen. I tried resetting my Roku, checking my connection, updating the device and the app, clearing the cache, and factory reset but nothing is working

Could you please tell us the software version of your Roku 4 device? To locate this, please follow the steps below:

1. Press Home on your Roku remote
2. Scroll and select Settings
3. Select System
4. Select About

Additionally, we would like to know if you have checked the other application to see if it has the same issue.
