Re: Roku volume is suddently very low on every app

Hi @Collin88 @Killbot,

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We get that on every app on your Roku, the volume is very slow. No worries, we are here to assist you with this.

Before we proceed we would like to know the following:

  • When did this issue start?
  • Are you using a Roku TV or Roku streaming player?
  • Do you have an external audio device connected to your TV?

Let's see if this will work for you.

  1. Restart you TV
  2. Restart your Roku device
  3. Try lowering the volume and then increasing it again.
  4. If you're using a Roku streaming player, try plugging it into another TV to see if the issue persists.

If the issue persists, please provide the following information that was posted on this page by @RokuTakashi.

We look forward to your response.

Cheers,
The Roku Community Team

Re: Roku volume is suddently very low on every app

Thank you for your response @Collin88.

We appreciate you for providing your device information.

Please disconnect your Denon AVR from the TV and use only your Smart TV and Roku Ultra to determine if the issue occurs. If possible, try connecting it to another television to see if the problem persists.

If the issue continues, please provide us with the following:

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version and build. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
  • Tracker ID
  • Affected channels

We look forward to your response.

Cheers,
The Roku Community Team
