If your Roku Streaming Stick is a model 3810/3811 or 3820/3821 (4k), then it is possible that the long-range wireless receiver in the power cable may have failed. (https://www.roku.com/products/accessories/usb-power-cable-with-long-range-wifi-receiver).
Bad news, if this is your issue, is these cables have been out of stock for a while for the 3810/3811 and are currently unavailable for sale for the newer 3820/3821.
However, since the 3820/3821 is a newer device, likely covered by warranty. (https://support.roku.com/search/warranty)
