Solving playback issues

Keeps going to home screen from YouTube back to home screen keeps kicking me off I already started it I've already rebooted it I've already checked And I've checked my internet connection it's your box there's doing it fix it have you factory reset it so happening.

We understand that you're encountering playback difficulty when trying to stream YouTube and we'd like to provide the assistance you need. 

Could you let us know if this is only happening to YouTube? If so, try the following troubleshooting steps below to see if that resolves the issue, 

1. Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
2. Restart your Roku device: Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart Now.
3. Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Streaming Store and add the channel again.

So annoying because my TCL Roku TV is doing the same thing. It's ok for a little while after doing the above instructions but nope it just comes back. Haven't used it the past couple weeks but I just bought it 2 months ago. Hope this gets corrected.

I’ve done all the things you guys suggested. Still kicks me out of apps. It seems every where i look for answers. There’s no real fix.

Same with me... But everything works FINE through my Firestick so it is definitely a ROKU issue

It started with just prime. Now it's doing it with the other apps. Just not as much as it was before. It's still annoying.

We see that you're also having an issue with the apps on your Roku, which keeps on kicking you back to the home screen.

Can you let us know if this is happening on all the apps on your Roku? If it is, could you share a bit more info? 

• Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software Version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
• Tracker ID (Press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times)
