Solving playback issues

Setup:

-Roku Ultra box

-Onkyo TX-NR696

-Epson 4050 Projector

Roku is auto detecting 4K HDR 30hz when it should be detecting it at 60hz. Onkyo is configured correctly with Enhanced HDMI mode activated. Cannot figure out what the issue could be. All components support 60hz. HDMI cables support as well.

What am I missing? Thank you!

You didnt mention your Roku model # or firmware version:  Settings/System/About

However, based upon your comments you likely have a 4670 or earlier Ultra.

Try manually configuring display:  Settings/Display type=4K HDR 60Hz TV

You can also try adjusting Auto adjust display refresh rate and HDR subsampling and see if that makes any difference:  Settings/System/Advanced system settings/Advanced display settings.
