I have same issue with my roku ultra. It is very jarring and annoying when it happens.

It does not happen often but it has happened maybe once a month over the last 4 months. I have 4 roku devices. This one is the only ultra and it is the only one that makes this noise. The other roku devices are hooked up to tvs that have other things hooked up to it but this one (the ultra) does not.

Since last week happens every day and we are getting tired to do a system reset everyday. No sound device attached.
Has been happening on and off every few months. Since last week happening every day. Getting little tired of doing a system reset every day we watch TV.

I did a system reset but it didn't help. It has been doing this all night. It happens most days. Others can't hear it which is also annoying. 🙄 Any other ideas? I only have a DVD player attached to this TV.
