Roku TV choppy audio on one over the air channel

I have a Sharp Roku TV.    Model LC-32LB591U Rev C.  It has choppy audio on two subchannels.   The pause recording is a temporary fix, but I lose the 'back' button on the remote (which I like and use often).

Why can't someone find a permanent fix for this annoying problem.
