Re: Paramount Plus App Not Working

I have an ASUS RT-AX82U.
I can control security Settings for each MAC device. All roku devices have streaming mode set and AD blocking turned off.
P+ worked on all until the OS 14 update

Re: Paramount+ App not streaming

Btw when accessing Paramount+, the video previews do play in the menus but the Trailers will not. All Ad blocking turned off and Streaming mode set in my ASUS RT-AX82U router.
2 of my other ROKUs work fine and 2 including the one I posted above het hing on the Circling bar.

Re: Paramount+ not loading on Roku

Thanks for letting all of us know about the AD BLOCKER issue. I have Frontier as my ISP and EERO 6

I turned off the AD BLOCKER and now Paramount Plus  seems to be working okay now on all my Roku

Devices.  However, all of them were working fine about a month ago.
Both Roku and the EERO router software has been changed since then.

At least it  is solved for now, for my household.

Re: Paramount+ not loading on Roku

Thanks for those who posted about the AD blocking. It was drinking me crazy why it stopped working. I think it’s kind of **bleep** that they are doing that again. It was done before on the CBS app and I had to change the setting.

Turned off Ad blocking on my Eero router and P+ is working again.

Re: Paramount+ not loading on Roku

I'm using Nextdns for my ad blocking etc and experiencing the same problem.  In my case it wasn't the attempts to connect to the Roku domain but rather pubads.g.doubleclick.net that I had to allow to get Paramount Plus working.  BTW, it's pretty disturbing how many places these devices try to connect to.  Am I really going to have to find a way to redirect the connections to these sites to a fake server or something just to maintain a minimal amount of privacy and still use the services I pay for?
