Solving playback issues

Can hardly watch because freezes and clicks. Non Roku channels don’t freeze or clock. Every time I report this someone responds and it works awhile then starts clicking again. My internet is good. Everything checked and reset.

We also recommend restarting the device's system. Using your Roku remote, navigate to Home > Settings > System > System restart.
