I have tried a new USB and plugging it into the wall and I still get the low power warning, freezing the screen. SN: SOHEK34SGEER. Help!

I get that message from time to time. Changing power adapters doesn't work. But what does work is, I'll just let it sit there for a minute or so, and then magically the LOW POWER message goes away.
I have tried every solution provided and nothing works.
Buy a new device and then swap in the new ac adapter. If that doesn't fix it, then swap in the new device with the old ac adapter.
Thanks for the update and for the attempts to solve this.
Could you tell us how long have you been using this device? When did you start seeing the issue occur?
Please keep us posted.
Regards,
Rey
