Same issue, on all my Roku TVs. Software is up to date, un-installed and reinstalled no luck. So frustrating! I only had 2 episodes left of All Creatures Great and Small.

I cannot open the PBS app. I have tried uninstalling and rebooting my Roku. Then reinstalling the PBS app, but that doesn't solve the problem. I have model 3820X, am using software version: 14.0.4 build 12221-CU. Issue ID is FG-463-421. The app worked on Thursday, November 14.
None of those steps work. I have tried everything that has been suggested. I wrote about this on another thread. Seems like many people are having this problem.

PBS selection just comes back to Home on Roku. Removed app, restarted system, reloaded PBS, and it still does the same thing. Tried rebooting my router, but still not working.

Same problem with two TVs. One has the Roku built in and the other has the Roku Ultra box attached. The Samsung PBS app works.
I’ve tried powering down everything and unblocking server. Any suggestions to get pbs to open
