Again, I already tried the reinstall trick.

The app worked on Thursday, November 14.
On another web site, a user who tracks updates said the update was a week ago. It's possible this is a server issue, or there is a Roku middleware update that is causing problems.
Same thing on my TCL Roku TV. It was working fine a few days ago, and now shows me the main logo screen, sits for 5 to 10 seconds, then goes to a dark gray screen, the reverts to the Roku home screen that shows my Apps including PBS app. I have removed the PBS App, restarted the TCL Roku TV, tried checking for app updates, both by selecting that option on the * menu, also to a Update check on the TCL Roku TV, but all is supposedly up to date. PBS App version 5.8 build 3 displays on * menu on the TCL Roku TV. Exact same behavior on my Roku Express+ device!

First time problem - PBS app won't load, goes gray and reverts back to the Roku screen
When the PBS App is selected the screen goes gray and reverts back to the Roku Screen.
A lot of PBS Roku users seem to be having this problem starting in the last day or so. I have reported the issue to PBS tech support, but they will not be open until Monday. I have tried the remove, reboot, reload app approach without success.
