Followed all the troubleshooting suggestions: remove/addback. APP does not launch.
What's going on? It was fine yesterday. It's Nov. 17.
I submitted a ticket to PBS this afternoon. They are off for the weekend.
I followed all the trouble shooting recommendations and still no success. The PBS app is not launching.
I am experiencing the same issue. When I select the PBS app a black screen briefly appears and the Roku Home Screen appears. From Xfinity Stream, restarted network and set top box, and uninstalled/installed the app and still didn’t launch. Same with Verizon FIOS.
All of a sudden PBS will not load on both my Rokus. Able to get it on my IPad.
#ROKU system software is up to date. Our ##NETGEAR router is not blocking anything. I’ve deleted and re-installed ##PBS app. Still not worki
Never bothered to upgrade to 11. Both laptops are still 10 and, for now, all seems to be ok. Sorry about the mess incurred thru 11 et al. This kind of problem occurred previously maybe a year or two ago?
Yup. Same problem (11/17) -- in this case a Roku Streaming Stick connected to LG TV. Worked fine yesterday. (11/16). Started to work today but sound was staticy for my AirPods, so I closed the app (usual solution). When I tried to reopen it, got into the same loop others have described -- an initial blank screen, followed by a return to PBS app logo on Roku home screen. Frustrating. PBS works fine on laptop. Obviously a problem with the Roku app.
Same for me in Knoxville, TN. Began 16 November continues today. Did all trouble shooting steps to no avail.
