Exactly. Don’t you love some of the troubleshooting they suggest to diagnose channels kicking you back to Home Screen ?
1. make sure your TV is plugged into the wall socket.
2. is your router on
3. Do other people in your household see the same thing ?
4. have you tried pressing the up button five times and the home button five times while standing on one leg. ?

It don't matter what app I'm using it'll stop it and crash and go back to home screen

It’s a 2024 miracle!
Roku took down the stOOpid New Years Central menu link and POOF! my apps are working again!
I didn’t have to turn-this-off and unplug-this-and-that, I didn’t have to tear my system apart. I didn’t have to waste my time jumping through THEIR hoops when I hadn’t changed anything!
The lesson I learned: I can live without Roku … and I won’t suggest a Roku to any additional friends.
The lesson I hope Roku learns: Fix what’s broken and then LEAVE THE CODE ALONE! We really can live without your mediocre service if we choose to.
Bahahahaha.... Give them a week and they will come upwith another annoyance
HAS ANYONE FOUND A SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM YET ?!! BOTH OF MY ROKU TVs ARE DOING THIS ! The only that’s not is the one that just has the Roku plug in. Seems like it’s an issue with the RokuTVs themselves . 🤦🏻♀️ this post goes back over a year - still no resolution ?!
