Solving playback issues

While watching Roku app on Samsung smart tv began getting playback errors. Have rebooted tv, reset router and reinstalled Roku app. Some live tv and all other apps work fine. Am unable to report issue since Roku website support email refuses to submit. An located in central FL. Can anyone help please?

PS - 3 titles that dont work are Panhandle, The Mentalist and History of Britain.   Dr G Medical Examiner live also wont play. Please advise.

We're sorry to hear that you've been having this trouble with your Roku regarding playing content from the Roku Channel. No worries! We would be more than happy to assist you with this issue.
We will connect it to other networks to assess where the problem occurred and try these steps:

1. Press Home on your remote.
2. Scroll and select Settings.
3. Select Network.
4. Select Set up connection.
5. Choose Wired or Wireless.
6. If you select "Wired, your Roku device will automatically connect to your network and the internet. If you select Wireless, continue to the next step.
7. Select your network from the list of available networks. If you do not see your network, select Scan again to see all networks.
8. Enter your network password. To see the password as you type, choose Show password.
9. Select Connect

If the problem persists, keep us posted on what you find out!
