Just as I sent my third rude email to support, lol. Let's cross our fingers that it stays up and running. Still disappointed they couldn't even bother with a simple, "we're on it," or anything. Let's us know how they'll be when another channel goes on the extended fritz. Great job everyone for trying to solve this together and hanging in there tho! Woohoo!

I had to update the app (highlight the app, click "*", then select "check for updates".) to get mine to work. Yay!

Yay! It works now. I removed the channel and add it back and it’s working. Thank you for resolving the issue. This is my favorite!

Agreed. Working again.  I had to do a software and channel update, then it worked. Glad this got fixed - but still no communications from Roku.

Hi, Community users.

For those who are experiencing an issue with the Pluto TV on your Roku device, we advise you to update the Pluto TV app as it has been reported by other users in this thread as resolved. To update an app, kindly follow the instructions below:

  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
  2. Then, press the right-directional button. 
  3. Next, highlight an app.
  4. Then, press the Star (*) button on your remote.
  5. Next, select Check for updates.
  6. Then, wait for the app to update.
  7. Finally, press OK.

If the issue persists after updating the app, please keep us posted in this thread so we can take further actions to resolve the issue.

Pluto tv started working again yesterday. All good now.

Sharp Roku TV shuts off randomly when hardwire to internet and will not allow wifi login

When connected hardwire it works but shuts off at random times between 1 minute and 2 hours - and everything in between.

Will not let me enter wifi login password - it shuts off before i can enter the password.

I have tried every fix found on community pages and internet.
