Contacted Roku support. They said to contact Pluto.

I have had it. I found a service that has the shows I like for free.

I will give you the model number and software version, but I will not give up the serial number and device ID in a public forum.  If Roku requires this level of sensitive information, they should provide a secure communication method. Why would Roku require a serial number and device ID?  Are you going to ask for my SSID, IP address and MAC address next?  Come on Roku. 

Roku 3820X with software version 13.1.4 build 1510-CU (I have three of these)

Roku 4800X with software version 13.1.4 build 1510-C2 (I have one of these)

Pluto does not load on Select Series TV

I just activated a Select Series TV. Pluto does not load.

I uninstalled Pluto, did a System Restart, and reinstalled Pluto.

It still crashed before fully loading, and then returns to home page.
