Solving playback issues

I attempted a software update, but no new software is available on my TCL 65R648 TV. Attempting to open the Paramount+ app still results in a crash back to the home screen.

Same exact issue with Paramount plus on my Roku Tv.  All other apps work.

Thanks. It is working...for now. Hopefully this software update will keep the Paramount + app working
