The same thing was happening on my previous AVR, Denon X3500H, that I upgraded from recently. Plus, the Dolby Vision issue has nothing to do with the AVR. It happens when I plug the Roku stick directly into the TV too.

Atmos works for me ever since they fixed it last time. I’m using the Roku ultra 2024 pugged into a Samsung Q910D soundbar. I hope they figure it out for you.

Thanks for providing the model of your audio receiver. We would like to coordinate this with our Roku team, please provide us with the following:
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version and build. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID
- Channel build version (highlight the channel and press the star (*) button of your Roku remote)

I don't have access to that Roku right now. But it's a Roku Express 4K+ serial number X01600PKU04G. Hopefully you can look up the rest of what you need on your end.

Today I checked the sound and video on P+ and I get both Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision. To whoever fixed these two, Thank you. Hopefully, they won't get messed up again.
