While watching it will go to the Home screen. It seems to do this when triggered by a commercial. Also it seems to be happening on my Discovery Go platforms.
The fix for me was plugging the device to a wall plug instead of the TV for the power source there was not enough power from the TV source. I was not having no problems till recently but this seems to fix the problem.
Hi @rcrossenjr
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community.
Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or across other channels installed on your Roku device?
If you haven't tried yet, you can remove the affected channel and then re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.
For detailed instructions, refer to this Support link: How do I resolve channel playback issues?
Let us know how it goes.
All the best,
Kariza
I threw the tv in a dumpster I will never buy a roku tv again.
This is clearly an issue with TCL and Roku, but they are avoiding actually figuring it out and finding a solution.
This is happening to me and it's super annoying. The uninstall, reboot, install that's being suggested doesn't work for anyone.
Disappointing that this issue just continues...
See this thread with people having this same issue:

Oh, so your problem was with an actual standalone Roku device? Then that pretty much tells me this is a Roku problem and not TCL...
My TCL TV is integrated with Roku, no separate device, and it's doing it.
So, clearly, this is a Roku issue that they are taking no responsibility for except for these canned, useless replies here.
We have a Roku tv also and have not had any issues with that TV. This seemed to have fixed our problem. Hopefully it is a quick start.
Absolutely. And now that they don't have any answers they're actually starting to lock out threads!
That's the one I've been following and since they don't have an answer they just prevented people from replying. I have a Phillips Roku TV so yeah, it has to be a Roku issue. And my TV is less than 6 months old.
