When are you going to fix this? I am so frustrated because I can no longer watch network TV. I don't understand why we just can't go back to the version that worked? Why is that?
Were your devices under warranty? They told me I had to wait for a fix and that they wouldn't replace my Roku devices since they are no longer under warranty.
The one in the living room is but I did not update it to the 14.0.2 version. I had to buy a Roku for that TV even though it is a smart TV because Tablo would not work after the last update. This is some BS. I'm sitting here for weeks not having OTA channels on devices that were supposed to let me cut the cord. All I get is the runaround. "We're working on it." Since I already paid for the devices and they are getting no money out of me, it's on the back burner. Why can't they just let us use the previous version what worked? And I don't even know if that will work. I'm really frustrated. I tried their workaround but then I get picture with no sound. I kind need both, yeah?
Any updates on this fix?

As was posted in the other thread about this issue that's a month old, it appears Roku isn't going to do anything about it. Read Tablo's own response for details:

You should not have to spend more money because they can’t get it together and fix this. But I get it. And who knows, Firestick might be the next victim.

Roku updated on Nov 9 and now it will go to guide, you select channel, it goes to the next step and then reverts back to guide. The same thing happens with recorded shows. I have talked to Tablo and Roku and both agree it is a Roku glitch, I spoke to 3 different people at roku, uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted and nothing worked. I was told to expect an email or phone call but nothing yet. In the meantime we do not have access to ABC, NBC or CBS and we have had to add a new app just to watch TV. Both the TV, an LG, and the Roku are less than a year old. Not sure what our next step should be!
I am having this exact problem! What is being done to fix it. I can not watch live or recordings because of my Roku. Please help
