Hisense Roku tv screen turned White screen

My Hisense Roku tv screen turned white and all the troubleshooting tips made no difference. I’ve done a factory reset multiple times and nothing has changed. I barely bought this tv a few months ago this is ridiculous

Roku just supplied the operating system software for the TV.  The manufacturer, HiSense in this case, is responsible for warranty support.
