Solving playback issues

Roku kicks out any movies we watch on our Firestick and our streaming service and reboot fire stick. Brand new TV and brand brand new fire stick

To troubleshoot whether the issue is related to your Roku or Firestick, you can attempt connecting them to a different TV. If the problem continues, we suggest reaching out to the manufacturer's support team, as they are best equipped to provide assistance. If the issue is resolved when you test the Firestick on another TV, then the problem likely lies with the Roku.

We recommend doing this to determine the root cause of the problem.
