Please share some details.

• Roku device model, serial number, and device ID (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
• Tracker ID and OS version and build (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
• Channel build version (highlight the channel and press the star (*) button of your Roku remote)
• Video of the issue (Upload the video to a Google Drive then copy and paste the link here)
• When did the issue start?
• Have you contacted F1 TV support?

I have contacted F1TV support last week and have not received any info outside basic troubleshooting that didn’t fix the issue.

Contacted f1tv support same tried their troubleshooting guide dont fix anything

Have you tried restarting the Roku device and your router? We also recommend you try to update the app by following the steps below:

1. Highlight the app
2. Press the star (*) button on your Roku remote
3. Check for updates

I don’t see a tracker Id unless it’s ID 46-116-331

the channel version is 2.0 build 1115925
