Cannot get YouTube on my ROKU device because of insufficient memory

Received a message saying that insufficient memory will not allow me to use YouTube on my ROKU device..  First time that I have ever received this message.

Thanks for reaching out here and letting us know that you're having trouble streaming YouTube. We will definitely help you resolve this issue.

Try clearing the cache in your Roku to clear up the memory to help you get back to the normal operation of this channel. To do that, follow the steps below: 

  1. Press Home 
     
    on your Roku remote
  2. Scroll and select Settings
  3. Select System
  4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
  5. Select System restart

After that, try launching the Youtube app again to see if that resolves the problem.
