Solving playback issues

No matter what channel I watch max, you tube, my tv freezes at the beginning of all commercials does anyone know how to fix this? It doesn't do it on the 2 other tv's all different brands bit it does do it on my new Samsung.  Any help would be appreciated and dont tell me to reboot the system ive done that a million times.

We noticed in your post that whatever channels you played froze when the commercial breaks played. No worries, help is here.

Let's see if this will work for you.

1. Check your Wi-Fi connection
2. Restart your router or modem
   Unplug it from the power source for 10 seconds and plug it back again.
3. Restart your Roku device
