Apple TV stopped working & no longer loads

Apple TV fails to load. Stays on the logo screen. Worked last week.

We appreciate you for letting us know about the issue you have encountered with the Apple TV on your Roku device, and providing the details we'll need for an investigation. In this regard, we'd like to suggest performing a troubleshooting step to see improvements in the app. Kindly follow the instructions below:

  1. Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the star (*) key on your remote, and choose "Remove channel".
  2. Next, restart your device from Settings > System > Power > System Restart (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
  3. Once your player/TV starts up again, go to "Streaming Store" on the Home screen, and add the channel back once more.

In addition, we recommend checking for the latest software update on your Roku device.

Follow the instructions below to manually check for software and app updates.

  1. Press Home  on your Roku remote
  2. Scroll and select Settings
  3. Select System
  4. Select Software update
  5. Select Check Now to manually check for updates
