So frustrating to have the continuous loop of the same commercials over and over. It just ruins the whole tv watching experience. Roku’s answers to these complaints don’t help at all. Obviously this is a big issue, given all the feedback. This is my first experience with Roku and it’s not a good one. So disappointed that I may have to start looking for another way.

I don’t know if anyone will read this, but I mostly use Roku live for viewing Murder She Wrote and the ads you are running would not appeal to anyone I know, especially the one with the snakes in it. Looked up at the screen and thought I was going to die. Please take the ads with the snakes off.

Its really making me go nuts not only that they repeat same comercials but some of the comercials have bad edits so the volume is very high at certain points of comercial like who they got working for them in editing dept bunch of interns? Horrible . I started muting tv when comercial comes thats only way i can keep my self from turning tv off. And talk about frequency 😂 5 min of show 5 min of comercials like really? Thank god is free i wouldnt pay a cent for this. #NoMoreComercials
