Smart home app notifications just up to 24?

Jump to solution

Is  there  any way to increase the number of notifications on the smart home app? I notice that the notifications I see on my phone are just 24 until I clear my screen. When you go to events you see everything but it would be great to see all the notifications on my actual phone screen as well.

Hi @joyee0221,

Thank you for posting here in the Roku Community!

We understand you want to increase the number of notifications you receive in your Roku smart home app. We're happy to help. Use the steps below to choose the motion events that trigger a notification.

  1. Select your device from the home screen.
  2. Tap Settings in the corner.
  3. Select Notifications.
  4. Expand Motion events.
  5. All events are checked by default. Uncheck any that should no longer trigger a notification.

If you ever want to change your notification preferences, you can easily repeat the steps above and re-check any event.

We hope this helps, and please keep us posted on what you find out.

Best regards,
John
