This is a new problem that just popped up on the IOS app. If I lose signal the app asks me to install a new device. When I cancel the installation the Home Screen device list is shuffled randomly. I then I have edit the Home Screen to get the devices back in the order I want. This happens several times a day. How do I fix this?

I uninstalled and reinstalled. The issue persists. It seems to occur when my phone is in an area of no signal.
