Smart Home app continuously shuffles device on Home Screen
This is a new problem that just popped up on the IOS app. If I lose signal the app asks me to install a new device. When I cancel the installation the Home Screen device list is shuffled randomly. I then I have edit the Home Screen to get the devices back in the order I want. This happens several times a day. I have been posting about this issue for months. The doorbell works great in the IOS app but doesn’t connect on the Camera app on the ultra. I never get a serious response. Just a request for error messages. The error is it doesn’t connect. Someone at Roku needs to get some hardware and replicate the problem. I fully agree. The camera app became unreliable and essentially useless when they added the carousel. The IOS app works great. Please fix the issue. It has been going on for months. It essentially ruined the great feature of seeing your camera feeds on your Roku device. Still no improvement to the performance of the camera app regarding the wireless doorbell. It still will not connect to the doorbell. All other cameras connect just fine. It been this way for months. Updated Camera App to Version 3.5 Build 115. Appears to be an improvement. All cameras connect well EXCEPT the doorbell. Same issue. Takes multiple attempts and MAYBE it will eventually connect. No improvement on camera app. Not very usable for live stream quick looks. On most cameras it take a couple of tries to connect. Doorbell is useless in the app as it takes forever to connect then freezes every time after 20 seconds The IOS works great with no issues.
