Roku smart bulb won't turn on after restarting
I bought a Roku smart bulb color today, I plugged it in, and it was working fine. Once it got to the updating portion, it updated, restarted, and now it just won't turn on for some reason. I've tried factory resetting it and it doesn't work, I've tried taking it out for 30 seconds and plugging it back in and it doesn't work. Someone please help. I have no idea what to do. I really don't want to buy a new bulb.

We understand that you're having a problem with the Roku smart bulb SE color since, after the update, it will not turn on. We will be glad to take a closer look at this issue that you're experiencing.
- Could you confirm to us where you installed the Roku smart bulb SE color? Is that on the socket, the dimmer switch, or the lamp?
- Can you please ensure that the power loss recovery setting is set to turn the lights on?
- Did you try to move the bulb to a different location to determine if there was an issue with the original location?
