We understand that you're having a problem with the Roku smart bulb SE color since, after the update, it will not turn on. We will be glad to take a closer look at this issue that you're experiencing.
- Could you confirm to us where you installed the Roku smart bulb SE color? Is that on the socket, the dimmer switch, or the lamp?
- Can you please ensure that the power loss recovery setting is set to turn the lights on?
- Did you try to move the bulb to a different location to determine if there was an issue with the original location?
