My smart home app on my phone won't show me the videos that are recorded, it just shows the live feed and my subscription is up to date. Need help ASAP!! PLEASE AND THANKS

Every time I try to click on the app on my phone it says sorry not able to open the app at this time or something like that and it just keeps on going back to the home app to sign in repeating if you could shoot me an email slickstickyrickyy@gmail.com thank you
