Add an opt out button!!!!!!!!! It is annoying
Yea to all …I was in with support he kept giving me directions…I was I know how to use it …I want it stopped!
No opt out feature…need to keep bugging them about it
I don't think an opt out feature will fix their cloud issues. It seems to be system wide, so unless they fix the glitchy cloud issues, the connectivy problems will continue even if we can turn the carousel off. Every few months they do something disastrous to their software. Then it takes them months to do rollouts and semi fix it.
This is a BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY. Yet their whole smart home service and security service software and firmware is a nightmare. They don't test anything before it's released or need to hire new software techs. I've been filing log reports, dealing with "support" for months and when they finally fix something, they break something else lol.
2 years ago the cameras and service had issues but was liveable and worked most of the time. They dropped brand new firmware over the 2024 summer and it has been downhill ever since. I think their software lease on Wyze expired so they had to create their own because everything has been broken since.
