The stream is blurry and choppy, you cant make out any details, there is no way it's 1080p more like 720p or worse. Wth Roku! Re: Indoor camera wont zoom on my phone Still not working .. Re: Indoor camera wont zoom on my phone They always do this...mark something as resolved when it's not lol Re: Indoor camera wont zoom on my phone Definitely a bad update...it will be fixed in a few months as usual. Meanwhile, everyone should spend at least 1 hour per day doing troubleshooting steps that won't work, until the software error is resolved. Re: Indoor camera wont zoom on my phone Same problem just started happening on android. Can no longer zoom in on live stream. Re: Live Stream freezes and loses connection on Roku TV camera app I have the same issues with the wired doorbell, and it won't play back videos from the app. It's their service, not the devices. Re: Live Stream freezes and loses connection on Roku TV camera app No troubleshooting will fix this. It's been an ongoing issue since they added the carousel feature and is a problem with the Roku cloud. Over a month now, same bs...also notifications keep popping up on tvs even though they are disabled, also since they added the carousel feature. Way to go Roku on breaking your tv streaming service. Re: Roku Camera App - Carousel new feature It is their service and this happens with them all the time. It takes months to be semi-fixed and then something else goes horribly wrong. Don't waste your time doing the trouble shooting they suggest multiple times. It is not you, it's their servers and bad firmware. There is a thread about all their issues, that they have now locked, with pages and pages of the similar issues you are experiencing. I would suggest you check it out. As for finding the builds, on android, open your app, click account tab, then click privacy and legal to see current app version. To see the cameras individually, click the gear box on the live feed, and find the device info tab. On roku tv move to the app, then click the star button to find build number. Not sure about apple products. That said, there is no manual update anymore, everything is forced, and untested, and rolls out at random times, to random groups of cameras depending on serial numbers. Save yourself some grief and trust me when I say, it's them as in Roku, not you or the devices, so troubleshooting is a complete waste of time. Re: Roku Camera App - Carousel new feature Good luck. We have all been waiting for them to fix the problems they create with the cameras and service for a very long time. The tv streaming service is absolutely ruined now. If you watch your time stamps, they freeze after a few seconds and become still images, not live streams. Re: Roku Camera App - Carousel new feature I was talking to the moderator that has posted that fake solution 3 times lol. They also marked the thread as having solutions, which is ridiculous, because it's not a solution or even a correct answer to the original posters question. I think a split screen would be awesome, but until they fix their feeds and errors, it won't work. Your suggestion was excellent -)
