I have purchased the Pro Monitoring subscription (which shows active in my.roku.com), but the subscription is not showing up in the Smart Home mobile app and I can not finalize the setup.

We understand you are concerned about the "Pro Monitoring Subscription" since it was not reflected in your Roku smart home app. We're happy to assist you. Please be advised that you can see the subscription only on my.roku.com. You still have a subscription, even if it does not appear on your Roku smart home app.

I was actually able to activate the service completely it would seem after deleting the whole system again and walking through the entire setup process one more time.
