I have the camera installed and CANNOT get into the subscription through the app OR through a computer. I have tried using multiple browsers but it says I do not have a smart home device, even though I just bought one. I saw this is a common issue and Danny the moderator NEVER answered any of these concerns. So I really doubt I will get an answer

I ended up figuring it out on my own. The steps you provided led me to a blank white screen within the app and the website kept saying I did not have any smart home devices. I just logged out of the app, logged back in, went back to account > subscription and the trial finally showed in there. Hopefully this helps other folks.
