@Witness7 You can edit your replies to avoid multiple replies. Make another email account just for the activation. I use Gmail and I have no issues with getting an activation. Same goes for my Yahoo one.
I tried one of my other accts it is tech7 I guess I could try to use a gmail one and see what happens. Thanks

We solved this yesterday. It seems that only a gmail email address works for getting the activation email. Try that and it should fix it.
I have activated several Roku's on AOL with no problem

Danny, thank you so much for your assistance. We used a gmail domain for activation but I do believe something is up with windstream email domain. I do not have serial number of unit but it was a TCL tv
