Requesting Support for Order | Received wrong model

Can’t find anywhere to post this. I ordered an ultra from Roku. Received a streaming stick 4K in the package. I reached out to support because they sent the wrong item. They asked for a picture. I sent the picture now they’re ghosting me for several days not responding.
